Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package. Do not accept the delivery if the package is damaged or has been opened. Once the order has been received, please check that the package and its contents are correct and complete.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the carrier first to determine whether there was an issue with the delivery. After contacting the carrier, please contact us so that we can be informed and, if necessary, open a claim with the shipping company.

All cork fabric is shipped rolled. We use different types of packaging and always select the most appropriate option to ensure that your order is safely packed and protected during transportation.
