The tiles are safe to be fixed outside with negative temperatures.

How to fix it on wall:
Use a rubberized silicone, like glue and seal, because it works better to fix the tiles, and with the weather it expand or retracts ensuring that the tile is fixed and safe.
Between tiles you should let some space, like 1 or 2 millimeters to make sure that with the weather the tiles won't move and make pressure to the others and break or crack.
